Clashes outside Sanaa leave more than 55 dead
Clashes in Sanaa's Nihm district has left dozens dead in Yemen's capital over the past 24 hours.

Fighting between Houthis and forces loyal to the internationally-recognised Hadi government on the outskirts of Sanaa on Saturday left more than 55 dead, AP reported.
The clashes took place in Nihm, a district 30 miles northeast of Yemen’s capital. Dozens were also left wounded over the last 24 hours.
Besides Sanaa, fighting along Yemen’s west coast left an additional 25 people dead on both sides of the conflict.
Houthi rebels seized Sana in September 24 after driving out President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, who lives in exile in Riyadh.
A Saudi-led coalition has been fighting to defeat the Houthis since March 2015.
More than 10,000 people have been killed and tens of thousands injured since the war began three years ago.
There are up to 1,000,000 suspected cholera cases in the country as result of the war. Up to 22 million also require some form of food assistance.
The UN has called Yemen the “world’s worst humanitarian crisis”.
The US and UK are major arms sellers to Saudi Arabia. Since March 2015, the UK has signed off on more than $4.4 billion in weapons sales to the kingdom.
