Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian man on Wednesday after an alleged car-ramming attack in the occupied West Bank.
Suhaib Mashahra, 21, from the Jerusalem area drove into a bus stop near Gush Etzion, injuring a 60-year-old Israeli settler, Israel's army said.
Soldiers in the area opened fire at the assailant, who later died in hospital from his injuries, Maan News Agency reported.
Israeli forces at the scene prevented Palestinian medics from treating the man, Palestine's Red Crescent said.

Mashahra is the 19th Palestinian to be killed by Israeli forces in 2017.
A wave of unrest which erupted in October 2015 has claimed the lives of 260 Palestinians, 41 Israelis, two Americans, one Jordanian, an Eritrean and a Sudanese, according to an AFP count.
Since the escalation in violence, Amnesty International has expressed concern about a rise in unlawful killings by Israeli military forces.
The group has documented dozens of cases where Palestinians, posing no imminent threat to life, were shot dead in what appear to extrajudicial executions.
